Founded in 2012, Zhucheng Huayuan Bioengineering Co., Ltd. is a new bioengineering science and technology enterprise. Its factory is located in the west of Luhe Avenue and south of East Xinghua Road within the industrial area of Mizhou Road, Zhucheng, Shandong Province.

The company’s premises cover an area of 200 acres and a floor area of 110,000 m². It has 420 employees including 252 students from technical secondary schools or above, accounting for 60% of all its employees. The company’s annual output of Sodium Erythorbate and Isoascorbic Acid is 20,000 tons.

The company has obtained ISO9001 Quality Management, ISO14001 Environmental Management and IS022000 Food Safety Management system certification. It regards ‘Quality first for customer satisfaction, cleaner production for safety and health, and full participation for continuous improvement’ as its quality policy, starting with customer demand and ending with customer satisfaction in order to create a good environment and ensure product quality.

The company is strict in its product quality management. Its actual internal product control standards are higher than national and industrial standards, and its products are endowed with ample quality advantages. The key section of the production system adopts advanced domestic DCS computer control, forming a quality system of ‘conducting management and control at all levels to be supervised by everyone’, and ensuring the control of the entire service process from raw materials to finished products.

Adopting advanced technology, the company’s products Sodium Erythorbate and Isoascorbic Acid are widely used, green and safe with no harmful side effects. They are new types of biological food preservatives which have been identified as legal and safe food additives by the World Health Organization and Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Canada and the European Union. These products are sold in great amounts domestically and exported to the United States, Japan, Europe, South America and other countries and regions.
